FTTP is a form of fiber-optic communication delivery in which an optical fiber is run directly onto the customers’ premises. If you think your cable Internet connection is fast, then you obviously haven’t used FiOS from Verizon (consumer FiOS / business FiOS ) (currently the only national ISP / provider of FTTP in the USA).
